The H2O system consists of two regular handles and two internally-weighted handles for counterbalancing, along with two protective rubber sleeves that keep grime out of the screw threads. The system also includes a hex key, six hardened, stainless steel screws that keep your handles secured within the shafts and two 4" neoprene sleeves to keep the handle fasteners free of grit.
