Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 days of receipt. Products in stock will be processed the same day, or the next business day if the online order was made outside office hours, 8 am – 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. Oar shafts may be in stock and ship the same day, however, if an oar is out of stock it will be processed and shipped within 2 days. If there are any delays in processing your order, the customer will be notified via email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon transfer of shipment to the carrier, the customer will receive an email with tracking number information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Cataract® Oars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Cataract® Oars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Cataract® Oars only ships within the United States.
There are a few important aspects to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods and if the product is unused and still packaged.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Cataract™ Oars.
- Please ensure that all item(s) you are returning is repackaged with all parts/stickers/etc..
